Thank you for participating in Temple University’s internship program. Part of the student’s grade for the internship class is based on two evaluations of the student by his/her on-site supervisor. The first evaluation is conducted at mid-term, and the second is conducted at the end of the term. Please complete this mid-term evaluation.
